Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before proceeding with any purchase or service request.
Business Operations – Reliable Carton Boxes Work L.L.C operates under the legal framework of the United Arab Emirates. All packaging, printing, and related services provided are compliant with UAE’s commercial and trade regulations.
Scope of Services – We specialize in custom packaging solutions including luxury perfume boxes, abaya packaging, makeup boxes, eco-friendly paper bags, and exclusive carton packaging. Additional services such as custom logo printing, foil stamping, and embossing are also included.
Use of Website – By using our website, you agree not to misuse or exploit the content for unlawful purposes. Unauthorized reproduction of our designs, images, or text is prohibited.
Right to Refuse Service – Reliable Carton Boxes reserves the right to refuse service if an order conflicts with UAE laws, violates ethical standards, or contains prohibited content.
Quotations – All quotations are provided in written form after reviewing client requirements. Pricing is based on product type, size, materials, customization level, and order volume.
Validity of Quotes – Quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. After expiry, prices may be subject to market adjustments.
Order Confirmation – Orders are confirmed only after written approval from the client and receipt of initial deposit/payment as agreed.
Price Changes – Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs, printing technology, or logistics charges. Clients will be notified in advance for approval.
Taxes & Duties – All prices are exclusive of VAT, customs duties, and other applicable UAE/GCC government charges unless explicitly stated in the quotation.
Design Approval – All designs (including logos, color schemes, and box structures) are shared with the client for final approval before production.
Responsibility of Client – Clients must ensure that shared logos, brand assets, and artwork are free from copyright issues. Reliable Carton Boxes is not responsible for disputes arising from unauthorized use of third-party content.
File Submission – High-resolution files are required for best print results. Our team will not be held liable for poor quality caused by low-resolution files provided by the client.
Production Variations – Slight variations in color, texture, or material may occur due to printing technology limitations. These are considered industry standard and not classified as defects.
Revisions – Any design changes requested after final approval may incur additional costs and affect delivery timelines.
Delivery Timelines – Standard delivery timelines range between 7–14 working days, depending on product type and customization requirements. Urgent requests may be accommodated at an additional cost.
Shipping Coverage – We provide delivery across UAE and GCC countries. International shipping can be arranged through trusted partners upon request.
Ownership & Risk – Ownership of goods transfers to the client upon full payment. Risk of damage or loss transfers upon delivery to courier/logistics provider.
Returns Policy – Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Manufacturing defects in materials or structure.

Printing errors that differ from approved design.

Delivery of incorrect product or specifications.
Exclusions from Returns – Returns will not be accepted for:

Minor color variations (industry standard tolerance).

Client design errors post-approval.

Damage caused after delivery by third parties or improper storage.
Return Process – Clients must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. Approved returns will be refunded or replaced within an agreed timeframe.
Jurisdiction – All transactions, services, and disputes are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In case of disputes, Sharjah courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Intellectual Property Rights – All designs, content, images, and branding used by Reliable Carton Boxes are protected by UAE copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Prohibited Use – Clients may not use our packaging for illegal products, counterfeit goods, or materials restricted by UAE government authorities.
Confidentiality – We respect client confidentiality. Business ideas, brand strategies, and designs shared with us are kept strictly confidential and not disclosed to third parties without consent.
Force Majeure – Reliable Carton Boxes shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political instability, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
